High-Efficiency Extraction: A Cleanliness Extraction Equipment Integrating Multiple Technologies

This equipment utilizes an all-304 stainless steel structure, automating the entire process from cleaning and particle extraction to filter membrane sample preparation. Its unique side-wall spray self-cleaning and laminar flow purification design ensures a clean environment during liquid-cooled cleanliness sample preparation, preventing secondary contamination. The equipment operates in accordance with standards such as VDA19.1 and ISO16232, and supports customer-defined cleaning parameters, flexibly adapting to cleanliness testing processes for different liquid-cooled components, significantly improving testing consistency and efficiency.

 

Intelligent Analysis: A Fully Automated Cleanliness Analysis System

After extraction, XIENS cleanliness analysis system (also known as a cleanliness analyzer) can quickly and accurately scan and identify the filter membrane sample. The system features high-resolution optics and intelligent algorithms, automatically distinguishing between metal particles, non-metal particles, and fibers, and performing grading and statistical analysis based on size.

For the liquid-cooling industry, this system supports commonly used international cleanliness standards such as VDA19, ISO16232, and ISO4406, and can generate compliant visual reports with a single click. Users can also customize solutions based on their own enterprise standards to achieve structured management and in-depth traceability of liquid cooling cleanliness data, providing a reliable basis for process optimization.
